EXONERATED former Tinder playboy Gable Tostee is at it again.

The 30-year-old, who is also known as Eric Thomas, has been snapped partaking in yet another Gold Coast food challenge.

On Sunday Tostee joined a small group of burger lovers who have conquered the “Phat Bastard” burger challenge at Longboards Laidback Eatery and Bar.

It is the second time in three months Tostee has taken on a food challenge.

He was snapped demolishing the “Godfather”, a giant milkshake with five litres of ice cream, at Southport’s Gangster and Gatsby in November.

The Phat Bastard burger has a specially made bun, close to 990 grams of beef, onion rings, cheese and special sauce.

To complete the challenge a diner must eat it — and the side of chips — within 30 minutes.

Every success story is posted to the Longboards Facebook page and on Sunday a post went up with the name he now goes by, and the photo was posted to the restaurant’s Facebook page.

Owner Justin Allie confirmed a man had completed the challenge and identified himself to staff as Eric Thomas.

“A photo with details was posted to Facebook, as is our process and it attracted quite a lot of attention,” he said.

“We decided to take it down, as to not upset our followers and we don’t wish to say any more about the matter.”

The post showed Tostee with an empty plate in front of him and stated he was lucky to make the cut, scraping in with a time of 28 minutes and 30 seconds.

It comes just days after it was revealed Gold Coast woman Nicole Heir, who appeared in reality series “Married at First Sight”, went on a date with Tostee before he was a household name.

Ms Heir took to Instagram to tell her 29,000 Instagram followers that her rendezvous with Tostee was one of the worst first dates she’d ever been on.

Tostee was acquitted of the murder or manslaughter of 26-year-old New Zealand tourist Warriena Wright last October.

The two hooked up on online dating app Tinder and their date ended in Ms Wright falling 14 storeys to her death.

Tostee has been active on social media since his acquittal, under the name Eric Thomas.

On New Year’s Eve he thanked his supporters for standing by him during the toughest time in his life.
