Southeast Queensland developer Mosaic began construction of the $160 million tower in Broadbeach in 2023.

It will feature 98 apartments with uninterrupted ocean views, a gymnasium, sauna, steam room, resort pool, barbecue and a top-floor residents’ lounge.

Lily is Mosaic’s 10th project on the Gold Coast in less than four years.

The cause of the fire is not yet known.
