A boy has been taken to hospital after falling from an e-scooter on the Gold Coast.
Emergency services were called to Discovery Drive in Helensvale at 7.39am on Thursday.
An ambulance spokeswoman said they were assessing a school-aged boy after he fell from an e-scooter.
The spokeswoman said the child had hip injuries and was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
