DOMESTIC violence victim Teresa Bradford has been remembered as a selfless woman whose children were everything to her.

The 40-year-old mother of four was farewelled in an emotional funeral service at Allambe Gardens this morning.

More than 200 mourners wore black and purple and remembered a life tragically cut short.

Teresa was brutally murdered by her estranged husband David Bradford in her Pimpama home two weeks ago.

The 52-year-old had been released on bail just weeks before the violent crime at the family’s Matas Drv home.

During the service, poignantly held on Valentine’s Day, friends and family paid tribute to a warm and kind woman.

They remembered a mother, sister, aunty, friend and colleague who loved dolphins and calling her loved ones “porkchop”.

Eldest son, Brock Bradford, said he wished he had more time to tell This mum he loved her.

“She wasn’t just my mum, she was my best friend,” he said.

Brother Darren O’Brien broke down during his eulogy, telling mourners it was the “hardest thing” he had ever had to do.

“I hope you’re at peace now, my little big sister,” he said.

Purple balloons were released at the end of the service, before family attended a private burial service.
