LITTLE Aurelia Primus and Hugo the French Bulldog share more than just a family bond.
Born only two days apart, the cheeky duo love getting up to mischief together.
Mum Hannah Primus from Port Nambia near Logan made the trek down to the Mudgeeraba showgrounds with her family including Frankie the Dachshund to check out the Paws at the Park dog market event.
Paws at the Park began in 2016 and has grown from a small 20 stall market with 500 attendees to a massive event with thousands of people and their pups, 80 market stalls, talks, demos and activities such as dog yoga — doga — and flower crown classes.
Ms Primus and her family attended last year’s event and enjoyed themselves so much they had to return.
“She (Aurelia) is dog obsessed,” she said.
“Aurelia and Hugo have teamed up to get into mischief like taking things out of my handbag together.
“She has a natural affinity with animals, and a really special bond with our dogs.”
Russ Ellom from Springfield and his 90kg Alaskan malamute named Buddy — who eats 1.5 kgs of his raw food diet a day — went to the Paws on the Park to promote their dog clothing company Bad Wolf Boutique.
“We opened up a shop to sell dog clothes of unusual sized dogs,” he said.
“We make their clothes to fit, for humans and dogs to match, we even do life jackets for plus sized dogs”
Mr Ellom and Buddy wore matching outfits to the event.
The Paws at the Park was held at the Mudgeeraba Showgrounds today.
