GOLD Coast powerbroker Paul Donovan has had the AstraZeneca vaccine and is urging everyone to get it as soon as they are able to help with the city’s economic recovery.
The Destination Gold Coast chairman and aviation sector mover and shaker – eligible due to his age – had his jab from his Surfers Paradise doctor late last week.
He had to wait 10 minutes afterwards, saying “it was easy” and he had “no qualms”.
“The more who get it, the better chance we have of getting through the other side of this pandemic,” he said.
Mr Donovan encouraged family and friends of the elderly who may struggle with registering to help as much as possible.
