The bigger, better, brighter Burleigh Brewing opened its sparkling new beer making facility, at where else but West Burleigh, with froth-filled parties on both Thursday and Friday nights. Live music, great food and of course free-flowing beer on tap really set the scene for the two great celebrations. In 10 short years, Peta and Brennan Fielding have turned a fledgling boutique brewery into a multi-award-winning beer house that specialises in great, world-class, local beer.
