THE Gold Coast’s largest sailing regatta is underway as more than four dozen yachts taking to the water this morning.
The Southport Yacht Club’s 11th Bartercard Sail Paradise gave fans a spectacle this morning with 49 boats racing through the Seaway.

The four-day regatta hosts six divisions, including the Monohull IRC, Monohull Performance Racing Divisions A&B, Monohull Cruising, Multihull Performance Racing and Trailable Yachts.
It will also mark the first IRC Gold Coast Championships, which organisers hope will bring further competitors from across the country.
Offshore racing will start at 10pm and finish at 5pm until Sunday.
Today’s results will be released later this afternoon.
