Geelong fans braved the cold wintery weather and headed down to Kardinia Park to see their AFL and AFLW idols.
The Cats held an open training at GMHBA Stadium on Monday morning where supporters of all ages got to meet AFL and AFLW players, hear from Geelong CEO Steve Hocking and captain Patrick Dangerfield, and more.
There was an Irish flavour to the morning with ‘Rattlin’ Bog’ by The Irish Descendants — a song that plays whenever Zach Tuohy kicks a goal — blaring over the speakers along with other more familiar artists like Taylor Swift.
