A Geelong man with links to an outlaw motorcycle gang has been charged after a violent brawl outside a notorious nightclub in Melbourne last month.
Police allege the 23-year-old from Bell Post Hill was involved in a brawl outside the Love Machine nightclub in Prahran about 3.54am on August 18.
The man, who has links to the Comanchero outlaw bikie group, was arrested by detectives from the Echo Taskforce on Wednesday.
He was interviewed by police and charged with affray, common law assault and failing to provide his password.
The man was bailed and will front the Melbourne Magistrates Court on October 9.
CCTV footage shows a fight breaking out between two men outside the club before a number of others gather around.
One man was wounded with a knife and another man was left unconscious after he tried to break up the fight.
This is the third arrest following the brutal brawl.
A 38-year-old Tarneit man, who is a patched member of the Comancheros, was arrested last month and charged with a string of offences including common assault and intentionally causing injury.
The charges relate to the brawl outside the Love Machine and a previous incident in Windsor where a security guard was allegedly assaulted.
A 43-year-old Hillside man, who was also linked to the Comancheros, was also charged after the nightclub brawl.
In October last year, a 31-year-old man from Armstrong Creek was arrested after a series of alleged bloody incidents which were linked to the Coffin Cheaters bikie gang.
The investigation into the brawl remains ongoing.
