Townsville locals can rave for charity, adopt rescued pets or meet Santa in a hot rod this weekend as the city hosts four festive events.

This Friday night, rave for a cause at the Techno Naughty List Rave at Otherwise Bar, 87-95 Flinders St, Townsville City. Kicking off at 9pm, party through the night until 3am to hard, peak-time and driving techno. From every ticket sold $1 goes towards Happy Feat Townsville, an inspirational not-for-profit dance organisation supporting people with disability and differing abilities of all ages. For night-life lovers who found their company Christmas parties lacking, Joyn Us presents an end-of-year event designed as a non-traditional alternative to the standard holiday gathering with free goodie bags to take home. Performers include Kara Enigma, Jordan Galliott, Joshua Brooks and The Wicked Dancers. Get in while you can as second release tickets are $15, and third release tickets are $20.

Pets Domain Ayr Adoption Day & Sausage Sizzle

Get ready for a heartwarming adoption Day and sausage sizzle this Saturday at Pets Domain Ayr, proudly partnered with Bowen Collinsville Pet Rescue Inc. Thanks to the generosity of customers and animal lovers, the rescued animals are in for a treat with a staggering 156 Secret Santa gifts donated this week for them to unwrap!
