The case made headlines after outrageous graffiti was found spray-painted on the home.
Police will allege the man’s boat and trailer, which had been parked in the driveway, were also stolen in the brazen daylight attack.
It was later found burnt out 20 kilometres west in the Gold Coast hinterland.
New CCTV footage now shows a white 4x4 ute towing the stolen boat and trailer along Henri Robert Dr at Clagiraba at 6.42pm on January 14, before returning three minutes later without it.
The stolen goods were found still well-alight by a passer by further up the same road just 15 minutes later.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw the ute in the area to contact Policelink on 131 444.
