TWO teenagers allegedly armed with a metal pole have entered properties hurling abuse and threatening occupants on the Tweed Coast.
On May 4 at 9am, two 18-year-olds walked up to an address on Maple Street, Bogangar, before allegedly yelling threats and abuse at the occupants inside the home.
Both men were armed, one with a metal pole, the other with a glass bottle.
The pair then left the scene, but went to a home on Oleander Avenue and entered through an unlocked front door.
Inside the home the pair allegedly demanded money and threatened the occupants before leaving.
They did not end up with anything and no one was injured.
However, a neighbour’s car was allegedly damaged by the glass bottle, causing panel and paint damage.
