A man has been caught in a compromising situation on a local boat ramp with police forced to step in.

A man has been caught in a compromising situation on a Murwillumbah boat ramp with police forced to step in.
The local man, 31, was spotted just off Tumbulgum Road last Tuesday afternoon
pleasuring himself with his pants around his ankles.
Police also allegedly found methylamphetamine, known commonly as ice.

The man was taken to Tweed Heads Police Station and charged with wilful and obscene exposure and possess prohibited drug.
He is due to appear in Murwillumbah Local Court at the end of the month.
