Karlee Marie Ironside: Bikini model is accused of supplying others with illicit drugs

A 28-year-old model, who previously said she had been offered a job at the Playboy Mansion in California, has been accused of supplying a dangerous drug.

A GOLD Coast model and ex-girlfriend of a slain bikie associate has fronted court accused of 11 counts of supplying a dangerous drug.

Karlee Marie Ironside appeared in the Southport District Court yesterday wearing a beige suit, glasses and her hair styled in a bun.

The 28-year-old, who previously said she had been offered a job at the Playboy Mansion in California, is accused of supplying the party drug GHB, otherwise known as fantasy.

Police allege she supplied unknown people with illicit drugs over a two-month period in 2016.

Her first appearance in court on the allegations was on May 6, 2016.

She walked into court yesterday facing 19 charges. However, crown prosecutor Matt Hynes dropped eight of those charges.

Ironside was the ex-girlfriend of Bandidos associate Max Waller who was stabbed to death with a steak knife in Broadbeach in 2013.

He died aged 28 outside the Carmel by the Sea building on June 23, 2013 after suffering six stab wounds to his chest and arms.

Three men — Finks bikies Wade Yates-Taui and Benjamin Thomas Mortimer and non-bikie Cohen Andrew Smith — pleaded guilty to manslaughter.

Yates-Taui was sentenced to seven-and-a-half years in jail, Mortimer was sentenced to nine-and-a-half years in jail and Smith was sentenced to eight years in jail.

The Supreme Court was told during sentencing that the men were intoxicated at the time of the attack.

Ironside LinkedIn profile says she “sacrificed much, enduring times of challenge and hardship, in order to earn the reputation in the modelling world”.

She has more than 1.5 million followers across her social media accounts.

Ironside will return to the Southport District Court on the drug supply charges on November 18.
