Gold Coast couple caught in sex act next to children’s playground in Chirn Park

A Gold Coast man has been caught by police in a compromising position with a woman next to a children’s playground. He was even videoing his sex act.

A MAN filmed himself masturbating a woman in a toilet block next to a children’s playground in Chirn Park, the Southport Magistrates Court has heard.

Frank James Klacek was busted when a council worker saw him and a woman taking drugs in the women’s public toilet and called police about 9.15am on December 12 last year.

Klacek this morning pleaded guilty to committing indecent acts in public, possessing dangerous drugs, possessing stolen property and failing to dispose of a syringe.

He appeared in court via videolink from prison.

Magistrate Dermot Kehoe sentenced him to three months prison for the lewd act.

Police prosecutor Don Reid said when police arrived at the park two bikes were stacked in front of the women’s toilets to block the door.

He said police searched Klacek and found 0.1g of the drug ice and a mobile phone.

“There was videos of there actions prior to the police arriving,” Mr Reid said.

Mr Reid said the videos showed Klacek and the woman in the toilet block.

“The video was of him masturbating the woman,” Mr Reid said.

“He said Klacek said he made the videos for his own use.”

Klacek represented himself in court.

“You have probably seen worse criminal histories but you have also probably seen better,” he said.

Klacek’s criminal history includes a number of drug related charges.

In September last year he was caught stuffing a drill down his pants at the Oxenford Bunnings.

Klacek was on probation and parole when he committed the sex act in public.
