He was denied bail in Southport Magistrates Court yesterday, minutes after Vader was remanded in custody on unrelated charges.
Geppert is charged with using a carriage service to menace and harass, obstructing police and three counts of possessing dangerous drugs.
Both were arrested on Tuesday morning after police raided their Robina home.
Geppert allegedly threatened police after they tackled a naked Vader to the ground.
Defence lawyer Ashkan Tai, of Ashkan Tai Lawyers, said a female police officer should have been taken to the raid.
“My client saw his naked partner being wrestled to the ground by a male police officer,” he said.
Mr Tai said police were also taunting Geppert about steroid use.
“He responded: ‘Take my handcuffs off if you are going to be tough guys’.” Mr Tai said.
Police allegedly found steroids and cannabis in Geppert’s home.
Magistrate Brian Kucks denied bail due to Geppert’s criminal history and the fact he is on a suspended sentence.
