A FORMER Hells Angels bikie boss has indicated he will plead guilty to allegedly bashing a disabled pensioner.
Gregory Pearce, 45, did not appear in person for a brief mention of the matter in the Southport Magistrates Court where it was indicated he would plead guilty to the charges.
Pearce hit headlines earlier this week when he turned to Facebook asking for $10,000 to help with growing legal fees.

He since dropped that goal back to $2000.
He raised $2223 from 24 people who donated to his cause.
On the Facebook page Pearce this morning thanked his supports for their “words and donations”.
Police allege Pearce king-hit the man before kicking and punching him while he was on the ground, during a fight outside a Palm Beach hotel.
The matters were adjourned to Brisbane on March 1 when Pearce is expected to plead guilty.
