Explosive court documents have revealed what the 23-year-old mother thought of her 47-year-old partner allegedly throwing their nine-month-old baby girl into the ocean.

HE is the “son of God”.
She is “Mary, the mother of Jesus”.
Their son is “the second coming of Jesus”.
And their baby girl was an “abomination” possessed by “the devil” — before she drowned and her body washed up on Surfers Paradise beach, explosive court documents allege.
The young mother of the nine-month-old baby found dead on the Gold Coast last month is accused of thinking the “devil was hiding” in the infant and that the father of the child “did what had to be done”.
The claims are part of documents lodged in the Tweed Heads Local Court.
“I was not there when the babe was sleighed, it was not for me to know, or my burden to bare (sic),” a note in the mother’s diary allegedly reads.
“Though (sic) shalt not murder is his command but (the father) is the law himself, he is the word and the son of god.
“He had the right to sleigh (sic) the wicked one for all nations sake. He did what had to be done, hallelujah to the living son.”

Another scribbling in the diary claims she wanted the father to be freed, it is alleged.
“Free the black man from his chains for he is innocent I do say.
“For he did slay the one you call the devil she/he was hiding in an infant a child abomination he/she is, thought he could escape judgment.
“Thought he could take from the lord again for he did put a stop to it she was the haw of Babylon the root.”
The 23-year-old mother was released on bail yesterday after being charged with failing to care for her child.
The homeless woman was arrested on Thursday after being released from the Gold Coast University Hospital mental health unit.
Police allege the 47-year-old father told the mother he was giving the baby to an elder, but instead threw her into the Tweed River on November 17. He has been charged with the baby’s murder.
The baby drowned and washed up on Surfers Paradise beach more than 24 hours later, police allege.
The family’s identity cannot be revealed for legal reasons.
In a nine-page court document, it is alleged the mother was “heavily influenced” by religion at least two years before she started a relationship with the father.
When she was 18 or 19 she “told people that she believed she was Mary, the mother of Jesus”, the police documents claim.
After receiving psychiatric help at the time, she left Melbourne and her university studies for a job at Surfers Paradise, police allege.
While there she started a relationship with the father, a homeless man.
In April 2016, her parents reported her missing and police spoke to the couple at Bondi in NSW.
“(The girl) told police that she was a successful university student who dropped out of university because she fell in love with (the homeless man),” the documents say.
The couple returned to Victoria where they “eventually met up with her parents”.
After being discharged from a 12-week mental health program she was released and lived with her parents, according to the documents.

“In mid-to-late May 2016 (she) told her parents that she was pregnant with her first child,” the court documents claim.
“(She) told her parents that the timing of the birth was to coincide with Christmas Day because the child would be the second coming of Jesus Christ.”
After having the baby two days after Christmas, the new family moved into a unit in Victoria for about six months before relocating to Queensland.
Early this year, the mother gave birth to their second child and several weeks later they moved back to Surfers Paradise.
They lived on the street again between Surfers Paradise and Tweed Heads, police allege.
“They used public toilets and covered areas in various locations to sleep, eat and wash themselves and the children,” the police document alleges.
On November 17 the family were picked up by Queensland police and taken to an aunt’s place at Kingscliff.
They left early in the morning and caught a bus to Tweed Heads where they hid from a storm in an undercover car park.
Police allege the father threw the baby into the Tweed River.
The son, who turns two next week, is in care in Queensland.
