AN offer of $1,000 and some “remorse” allowed the Insta-famous girlfriend of an ex-bikie to walk from court after pleading guilty to stomping on a woman in a brutal road rage attack.
Allaina Vader, known for her infamous boyfriend and revealing Instagram account, pleaded guilty in Southport Magistrates Court this morning to six charges including common assault, drug possession and traffic offences.
Her lawyer claimed the victim gave “as good as she got”.
Magistrate Pamela Dowse described the vicious fight as “wrong” after viewing shocking CCTV footage of the brawl on a Robina traffic island.

“I don’t think that women should be doing this kind of thing,” Ms Dowse said.
“It’s unacceptable in the extreme. It’s wrong. It’s bad.
“Violence doesn’t solve anything.”
Ms Douse said she would have sentenced Vader to prison if she had not shown remorse.
Vader was sentenced to three months prison to be suspended for an operational period of 12 months.
Ms Douse also ordered Vader pay $1,000 in compensation to the victim.
Vader is the girlfriend of former Hells Angels bikie Ben Geppert, who was arrested on drugs and other charges when police raided their home on Tuesday.
Vader and Geppert have large numbers of followers on Instagram and have been embroiled in a public spat with Vader’s sister, Rikki Louise Sutton, and her boyfriend and former Bandidos bikie Brett Pechey.
The CCTV footage played to the court this morning showed Vader’s BMW swerving around a Honda CRV on the left hand side, crossing into the bike lane on Robina Parkway, about 5pm on May 16.
At the traffic lights, the woman driving the Honda got out of the car and approached Ms Vader’s BMW.
The footage showed Vader getting out of the car, the pair wrestling on the ground of the traffic island before Vader punches the woman in the face.
Vader then stood, stomping on the woman before returning to her car.
The court heard the woman was not injured in the incident.
Defence barrister Martin Longhurst, instructed by Ashkan Tai Lawyers, said the footage did not show that the woman was pulling on Vader’s hair throughout the struggle.
“She was giving as good as she got,” Mr Longhurst said.
He said Vader had felt threatened by the way the woman approached the car and when she tried to get out of the car, the woman slammed the door back into her knee.
Mr Longhurst said the incident happened very fast and Vader regretted the decision to stomp on the woman.
The court also heard Vader was found with a small amount of cannabis during a raid on her Robina home and a glass pipe.
Mr Longhurst said Vader was yelling at police during the raid because she was naked and wanted a female officer to attend.
Vader, 28, did not speak when she left court wearing a navy blazer with white binding and skin tight pants.
