A 54-year-old Gold Coast man has been charged over the alleged indecent treatment of a girl at Mudgeeraba from 2013 to 2019.
Detectives from the Gold Coast Child Protection and Investigation Unit commenced an investigation on February 8 after receiving information relating to the alleged historical sexual abuse of a 13-year-old girl,

It is alleged the offending began in 2013 when the girl was aged six-years-old and continued until early this year.
Yesterday, a 54-year-old Biggera Waters man was arrested and charged with six counts of indecent treatment of a child under 12.
He is scheduled to appear at the Southport Magistrates Court today.
