A UNIT block is set to replace a house on a suburban street in the Gold Coast’s north.
A proposal has been put to the Gold Coast City Council for the three-storey unit suite, which is planned for Labrador’s Chirn Crescent.

Earmarked for a 658 sqm site a short walk from the Chirn Park shops, the project will feature:
* Four three-bedroom units for a total of 12 bedrooms
* A total of 12 carpark, with eight for residents and four for visitors.
The project has been put forward by development Chirn Pty Ltd.
The existing house on the site would be demolished to make way for the new project.
It proposed development will go before the council’s planning committee later this year.
