Gold Coast development: Unit complex planned for suburban street in Chirn Park

A quiet suburban street is set to be transformed, with a new unit complex planned to replace a house in an unlikely location.

A UNIT block is set to replace a house on a suburban street in the Gold Coast’s north.

A proposal has been put to the Gold Coast City Council for the three-storey unit suite, which is planned for Labrador’s Chirn Crescent.

Earmarked for a 658 sqm site a short walk from the Chirn Park shops, the project will feature:

* Four three-bedroom units for a total of 12 bedrooms

* A total of 12 carpark, with eight for residents and four for visitors.

The project has been put forward by development Chirn Pty Ltd.
