A TWO-storey beachside house near one of the city’s most famous surf clubs will be transformed into a tower.
Developer Pacific 28 has filed plans for a six-storey low-rise on the Pacific Parade site, which sits just across the road from North Kirra Surf Life Saving Club.

According to plans, the tower will feature just five units.
They include three two-bedroom apartments, a two-bedroom apartment and a four-bedroom penthouse.
The building is planned for a 505 sqm site, and will feature a swimming pool.

The existing house on the site will be demolished to make way for the project if it is approved by the Gold Coast City Council.
