AN underground five-car garage is just one of the laundry list of cool features inside a proposed waterside mega mansion.
Mark and Suzette Harvey are behind plans for a three-storey, five-bedroom house earmarked for a block of land on Isle of Capri’s The Corso.
Fronting onto the Nerang River, it would replace an existing house on the site.
According to planning documents filed with the Gold Coast City Council, the house will feature:
* A basement level with room for five cars and lift access to the rest of the building.
* A sunken loungeroom and living room area with a wooden fireplace.
* An outdoor dining area, pool and spa.
* Five bedrooms, including two master suites with ensuites.
* A rooftop deck with a media room, outdoor dining area and terrace deck overlooking the water.

The project will be considered by council later this year.
It is the second new mansion to be proposed in recent weeks.
The Bulletin revealed earlier this week a new mansion is set to be built on Hedges Ave.
Orbit Homes is planning the new ‘asymmetric’ four-bedroom building, earmarked for a site on the corner of Hedges Ave and Alfred Street.
