A NEW Grill’d store will open at Cairns Central this week with some cool promotions on offer.

Cairns Central manager Alex Watson said the store would be opened every day until 10pm once it opens on Friday.

“It’s a small restaurant but we are looking to pump out as many burgers as possible. It’s bright, it’s new, it’s flashy, it’s on brand with what Grill’d is trying to do with sustainability,” he said.

“We are trying to go more green with our restaurants and have a fresher look. We have fresh produce, we are local and that’s what our restaurant is trying to look like.”

Mr Watson said there would be some sizzling promotions available to customers in the first week.

“If you are a rewards member you can win free burgers for a year,” he said.

The store will be located at the front of the Food Court across from Warra Sushi.

“The exciting new addition will enhance the centre’s casual dining offer and is just in time for school holidays,” Cairns Central centre manager Christie-Lee Jackson said.
