Emergency services are at the scene of a vehicle and motorbike crash on a busy Cairns CBD street.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said crews were called to the incident at Sheridan St about 1.45pm, Friday where they treating at least one patient, while still assessing possible injuries.
Queensland Police officers were also at the scene near Rusty’s Markets, directing traffic.
