A man has died after he was pulled unresponsive from a swimming hole at the Royal National Park in Sydney’s south.

A man has drowned at a swimming hole in the Royal National Park in Sydney’s south.
Emergency services rushed to Winifred Falls following reports of a drowning about 2.35pm on Monday.
Sutherland Shire Police Area Command officers and NSW Ambulance paramedics found the man, believed to be in his 20s, had been pulled from the water unresponsive.
Paramedics treated him at the scene but he could not be revived.
A police spokesperson said the man had not yet been formally identified.
“Police established a crime scene and commenced inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the man’s death,” the spokesperson said.
“A report will be prepared for the coroner.”
