Man charged after alleged assault of four women on Adelaide-bound train
Four women travelling separately were allegedly assaulted by a man while on a train bound for Adelaide on Sunday morning, police say.

A 47-year-old man in Adelaide has been charged with four counts of assault after he allegedly attacked four women on a train.
The incident occurred just before 9am Sunday morning on the Adelaide-bound Gawler train line.
The four women were all travelling separately when they were attacked by the man who they didn’t know, police say.
South Australia Police allege the women were “punched, slapped, pushed and spat at” by the man.
Police caught the man after he allegedly jumped the exit barrier and ran towards Adelaide Oval once the train had arrived at the station.
He has been given a three-month transport barring order and will appear before the Adelaide Magistrates Court on August 13.
None of the women involved in the attack required medical treatment.
Police allege the incident took place between Kilburn and Adelaide.
