McDonald’s has launched a new summer menu that will have millions of Australians salivating at the thought of Vegemite McShaker Fries.
McDonald’s has teamed up with one of Australia’s most treasured icons – Vegemite – to bring the new “Mite-y” McShaker Fries flavour to restaurants around the nation.
The summer menu also sees the return of the McOz and the brand new Chicken McOz with juicy beetroot added to make the burgers more authentically Australian.
McDonald’s Australia marketing director Amanda Nakad said this summer they were serving up Aussie favourites with a menu full of local flavours and feel good moments.
“From the return of the McOz to the new Vegemite McShaker Fries, we’re making every Macca’s run this summer a celebration of what it means to be Aussie,” she said.
“And who better to celebrate the most exciting Macca’s run of all time than our OG McDonaldland mates on Aussie soil, bringing the Squad Down Under Bundle – the ultimate value feast to share with friends and family.”
The new summer menu launched on Wednesday with a caramel Thickshake landing in stores on January 22.
The new items are available for a limited time only while stocks last.
