THE alleged president of the Mongols bikie gang’s Surfers Paradise branch will have to spend the next few months in rehabilitation as a part of stringent bail conditions.
Victor John Reuben Wolfram, 28, appeared in Southport Magistrates Court yesterday facing charges of possessing dangerous drugs and possessing drug related utensils.
It is alleged police found 4g of cocaine, including the weight of the bag, and drug related paraphernalia when they searched Wolfram’s Biggera Waters home on Thursday.

Wolfram was also allegedly found with 3mL of testosterone.
Police prosecutor Senior Constable Dave Shelton told the court Wolfram had been granted bail earlier this week after he was allegedly caught with drugs in his system, a breach of his release conditions.
Part of those conditions were that he entered a rehabilitation facility within 48 hours of release.

Defence lawyer Michael Gatenby, of Gatenby Criminal Lawyers, said it was clear Wolfram suffered from a drug addiction.
He said the 28-year-old had a place at a drug rehabilitation clinic on the Sunshine Coast and had planned to be admitted yesterday.
Mr Gatenby said the facility had high security and if he left without permission the authorities would be notified.
He told the court he does not accept the drugs were his.

“Other people were staying at the unit and he says it belonged to someone else,” he said.
Magistrate Kay Philipson granted bail, including the condition he leave for the rehabilitation facility within five hours of release, not leave the facility without a staff member and report to police weekly.
“If you breach this you have Buckleys and you will stay in custody for sometime,” she said.
The matter will return to court on June 30.
