A man has died after allegedly being struck by a van in Sydney’s northwest.
Emergency services were called to the M2 Motorway at Macquarie Park about 12.40am after a pedestrian was allegedly hit by a van.
The 26-year-old man suffered critical injuries.
He was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.
The 36-year-old male driver of the van was taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation is under way into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
