Man wanted after strange road rage incident in Annerley
Police are hunting a man who was involved in a strange and violent road rage incident that left another man in hospital.

A driver did an illegal U-turn on a major Brisbane road to chase down a pedestrian who threw a can at his car, with the wild road rage incident leaving the man in hospital.
Queensland Police are urging the public to come forward with information after the incident about 1.35pm on Tuesday afternoon on Ipswich Road at Annerley on Brisbane’s southside.
Police allege the pedestrian threw a soft drink can at a white Ford Ranger as it was travelling southbound.
The driver then allegedly responded by performing an illegal U-turn across two other southbound lanes before mounting the footpath on Ipswich Rd near Ekibin Rd.
He then continued driving against oncoming traffic before allegedly eventually leaping from the vehicle and chasing the pedestrian and his friend down the road.
Police say the pedestrian tried to run across Ipswich Rd to escape he was struck by a taxi.
He sustained head injuries and was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or may have dashcam or CCTV footage, to contact investigators.
