A MUCH-LOVED Gold Coast tavern has unveiled an upmarket new menu to celebrate its reopening after a massive refurbishment.
Having recently thrown open the doors on its new restaurant area, The Miami will welcome punters to its beer garden and bar on Friday after a five-month hiatus.
Manager Meaghan Skinner said the new menu was to compliment the “freshness” of the revamped venue.
“The Miami was already famous for its delicious food, cold drinks and great atmosphere but we are ready to take things to the next level,” she said.

Sirloin steak sandwiches, pork ribs, pizza, and a large range of seafood options – such as oysters with wine vinegar, shallots and lemon – will all be dished up to punters.
As well as the revamped menu, 22 cold beers will be on tap.
The Miami has occupied the same block of land for almost a century, with EH Berry opening the original Hotel Miami in 1925.
Australian hospitality group ALH acquired the venue in 1993.
