Imagine you’re hanging out with three of your girlfriends (okay, sure you’ve probably been interrupted a thousand times by kids asking for things, but you’re together). Well, according to new research, at least one of you is on the brink of total overwhelm. What’s going on? We’re joined by Workplace Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, and busy mum, Samantha Sutherland, who says Aussie women (particularly mum’s) are more stressed out, overwhelmed and unsupported than ever before.
