Bottles are expected to land in Dan Murphy’s and select bottle shops from tomorrow and Husk Distillers are expected to sell out of the product after their birthday celebration this weekend.

Earlier this week Head Distiller Quentin Brival said the new product starts with a simple, traditional recipe which is distilled with juniper berry, coriander seeds, angelica root and liquorice.

“We then infuse the gin with sloes, plums and berries — the result is a rich liqueur style gin, smooth, full of botanicals but not as strong as regular gin,” he said.
