Kyle and Jackie O stunned by man’s penis surgery for wife

The radio host was gobsmacked when a caller revealed he had surgery downstairs because his wife “complained it was too big”.

It’s not often Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O Henderson are left speechless.

But the radio duo were stunned live on air after a caller admitted he’d undergone intimate surgery in a bid to please his wife.

Truck driver Dan called in to the KIIS FM breakfast radio show on Tuesday morning to take part in a segment where Kyle and Jackie had to guess how often they were having sex.

However the hosts were floored when Dan revealed he had undergone an invasive surgery to reduce his 10-inch penis because his wife “complained that it was too big”.

Dan’s surprise admission came after he explained he and his wife of 21-years have sex once a week – but only if he makes the move.

“I take control of that, I kind of grab hold of her and throw her in the bedroom and say, ‘come on let’s go’,” he said during the risque segment.

But when Jackie asked if his wife ever “instigates” their bedroom activity, things took a dramatic turn.

“She used to, but not so much now,” Dan said, explaining despite his best efforts, he’d not managed to get things back on track.

“Because I’m a truck driver she wanted me to get a job closer to home, because I used to do interstate, so we could have sex more often,” he continued.

“I changed my whole life. I went from interstate to local where I am home every night and I even had my penis chopped down a little bit, made it a bit shorter...”

At this point, Jackie and news reader Brooklyn Ross interject, asking: “What?”

“You made your penis shorter?” Kyle asked.

Dan confirmed his claims, stating his wife had complained it was “too long and too big” – revealing he had an inch and a half removed from his manhood.

Jackie can then be head gasping before asking: “Are you joking?”

After much shock among the hosts, Dan explained the complicated surgery involved “trimming” the penis down by disconnecting his manhood, removing a section, and reattaching it.

“This guy has gone to unbelievable lengths,” Kyle says, audibly squirming at the details of the operation.

“He’s really gone above and beyond,” Jackie agreed.

The first penis reduction was only performed in 2015 on a 17-year-old who measured an above-average 17.8cm in length and an entirely unmanageable 25.4cm in circumference.

Dr Rafael Carrion, a urologist at the University of South Florida, described the case at the time as “unique”.

Despite being incredibly rare, it is an operation now performed by a handful of specialist urologists around the world.
