Former MAFS star Jules Robinson is oozing confidence after recently transforming her lifestyle and shedding 20 kilos.

The reality star and businesswoman, who celebrated her 40th birthday last month in a stunning black, fitted gown, took to Instagram with a series of snaps flaunting her recent 20kg weight loss.

The former MAFS contestant stripped down to a lacy bra, a pair jeans and an unbuttoned shirt as she opened up about “self-reflection”.

“Feeling seen for who you truly are and supported is a desire that most women have,” she began the post.

“For me it’s the choices I make on how I support myself that is fundamental to how I show up in the world for myself and those I love.

“Self-reflection for me has always been the key ingredient. It helps answer the reasons behind emotions that drive behaviour. It highlights strengths and illuminates the parts of us that need more support, love and compassion.”

The 40-year-old’s post was in support of the bra brand Berlei, where she went on to explain the importance of “loving yourself”.

“Nothing compares being fiercely loyal to yourself, knowing that no matter what you have your own back and you get to choose the support that you wish to welcome into your life. On your terms. Always.

“With this kind of unconditional loving support, you’re the one that gets to control your own destiny and happiness in life and inspire others to do the same. This is how we change the world.”

Jules, who boasts almost one million Instagram followers, had fans flock to the comments section to compliment the reality star on how “amazing” she looked.

“I wish I had that confidence and self-love, but working on it every single day, you are an inspiration,” one person wrote.

“What a brilliant message and campaign,” a second person added.

Even Cam couldn’t resist complimenting his wife.

“I see my wife looking (fire emoji). Grateful for this mirror and you,” he said, adding several love heart emojis.

Last year, Jules, who is an ambassador for Jenny Craig, spoke candidly about her 20kg weight loss after the birth of her son Oliver.

She said she waited several months before trying to lose weight and that following Jenny Craig’s program had been “easy” for someone like her who has a “busy life”.

“I love my curves, I’ve embraced every part of post-partum and felt like I had the energy to focus on me about eight months in,” she said.

Jules and husband Cam Merchant welcomed their son in October 2020.

The hairdresser-turned-shapewear designer has been open about her changing body in the past, previously revealing how she had put on weight as her relationship with Cam blossomed.

“I think when you move in with someone, gone are the single life dinners of Ryvitas, and tomato on toast,” she told E! News back in 2019.

“You end up having proper meals. You put on a little weight when you’re in love and you live with someone.”

Jules managed to lose 8kg before tying the knot with Cam in November 2019, telling news.com.au a popular kitchen appliance had helped her shed the weight.

“Cam and I have got an airfryer at the moment and we’re a bit obsessed with putting everything in there. You feel like you’re having KFC and you’re not,” she said with a laugh.

“It’s actually an amazing machine.”

Jules, who rose to fame on season six of MAFS, is the owner of shapewear line ‘Figur by Jules’, which she launched in 2019.

“My goal is to help woman feel comfortable in accepting that they are all unique and beautiful in their own way,” she writes on the brand’s site.
