Gold Coast Dating Angel shares the rules women need to follow to land a lasting marriage

Lyn Paul says there are plenty of men on the Gold Coast who are ready to settle down and get hitched — women just need to be trained first.
Mrs Paul and her business partner, Krystal Lea, have been dating coaches for women-only on the Coast for almost a decade, and teach them how to land the partner of their dreams.

“We encourage the first date to just be a 45-minute coffee date,” she said.

“First dates can be very awkward, particularly if you’re going out for dinner because if you’re not interested, you feel awful. But a 45-minute coffee allows you to get to know a bit about each other, but not too much.
“Don’t let the guy know too much about you. It’s all about keeping them interested.”
But the rules don’t stop there. If women are really looking for something serious, they must keep the dates outdoors for three months and only see the fella once or twice a week.
Mrs Paul is certain if people follow her rules and techniques, they will be led to a lasting love.
“I’m teaching old fashioned dating techniques that will lead to marriage,” she said.
“I have a huge success rate. We’ve had many marriages. That’s why there’s a formula and guidelines.

“We are a dating coaches for women, but we have had guys approach us to say they are sick of picking up girls who they don’t know and wake up next to them after having a one-night-stand.

“They come to us and tell us the issues they are having. It’s really good to have it confirmed that we are teaching the right things.”
Mrs Paul said about 90 per cent of their clients are from overseas.
The pair said they had been so successful in coaching and matchmaking they are planning to open a new business in the next few months,
But the new gig is so secretive they refuse to reveal any details yet, saying only that it will “revolutionise the way to find love”.
