Shoppers delighted Coles is now selling cult US breakfast item

Coles has recently started selling a popular breakfast item that was previously only available in America – and shoppers are excited.

Aussies have just scored their own version of a cult breakfast item from America.

Coles recently began stocking the popular “Everything Bagel” seasoning – much to the joy of food lovers around the country.

TikTok user @goodtimes_noodlesalad shared her discovery at Coles on the popular social media platform.

She focused in on the Everything Bagle seasoning from Australian brand Mingle, as well as their Holy Moly Guacamole, BBQ loves, Garlic and Herb and Spicy Mexican seasoning.

“That's right Australia, Coles is now selling Everything Bagel seasoning and more! #rundontwalk,” the video was captioned.

Coles has begun to stock Mingle’s Everything Bagel seasoning - much to the joy of breakfast loves around the country.

Many were excited about the introduction of the popular seasoning, designed to have all the flavour of a bagel without the calories from the bread, to Australia.

“Going to see this tomorrow,” one person commented.

“Oh I didn’t see the bagel one but I got the garlic and herb one! It’s pretty good on steak and in mashed potatoes,” another added.

“I’ve used it all and it’s delicious,” someone else declared.

A fourth added: “Yep was just on my mind when I go get my Aldi buy tomorrow I’ll pop to Coles too to pick this up.”

Ms Evans revealed her brilliant ideal came from a moment of frustration when cooking, when she realised many ingredients list included “nasty” ingredients such as sugar and preservatives.

She told news.com.au in 2020 that she no longer felt confident consuming these products.

The Melbourne woman decided to create a healthy and all-natural food seasoning that she wanted consumers to “feel confident consuming”. She named the business Mingle Seasoning.

“I was fed up with the mass-market offerings that were full of nasties. I loved a seasoning because of its convenience,” she said.

“There’s nothing better than simply shaking a seasoning on your protein or vegetable and getting that instant bold punch of flavour.”

Over the next months Jordyn created some simple “go-to” flavourings like all-purpose, garlic and herb and Moroccan. She also concocted a few unique flavours including smoky, spicy Mexican and her personal favourite, garlic and dill.

Everything Bagel seasoning is sold at Coles for $4.95.
