Women raving about $35 mesh dress from boohoo

Hannah Orval, a Melbourne influencer and ex-girlfriend of an AFL star, has shared a racy snap wearing a bargain bodycon mini-dress.

Women around the world are raving about a $35 bodycon dress, causing the skimpy design to sell out as soon as it went on sale.

Instagram users have been flooding the platform with snaps wearing a tie dye mesh dress from global fashion e-tailer boohoo.

The Bardot Ruched Mini Dress hit virtual shelves last week but sold out almost instantly after proving very popular among shoppers.

Social media users have since been showing off their budget outfit online, with Boohoo’s head of marketing operations, Anjeli Patel telling news.com.au the brand was planning to “bring it back” as soon as it can.

“Lockdown fashion this time last year was all about comfort, and now it’s all about dresses and occasion wear, with more events and gatherings taking place,” she said.

“We didn’t expect the dress to sell out so quickly, our buying teams are exploring how we can bring it back.”

Shoppers have described the dress, which features a zigzag tie across the bust to allow the wearer to adjust the cleavage, as “next level”.

A string of Australian influencers have shared photos of themselves wearing the skimpy mini dress, including former Love Island star Jesse Wynter and former Melbourne WAG Hannah Orval.

In Hannah’s snap, she appears happy and carefree, cheekily poking out her tongue in one photo.

The 22-year-old split with AFL star Cameron Zurhaar in February and appears to be keeping busy with her influencer career, regularly posting brand ambassador partnerships which include boohoo.

Fans have been quick to flood the photos with compliments, stating they “love the dress” and calling it a “cute outfit”.

“Love this dress,” one wrote, while another simply stated: “NEED!”

“It is stunning,” another added.

“Nice dress,” someone else said, along with a flame emoji.
