One of Australia’s most popular influencers has stunned fans by sharing a nude photo.
Steph Claire Smith has been enjoying the public holiday with her husband Josh Miller and their eldest child Harvey before baby number two arrives.
The star, who is about 36 weeks pregnant, recently shared a slideshow of photos with her 1.4 million Instagram followers showing her family’s festivities between the Easter and Anzac Day breaks.
Among a series of snaps taken at the couple’s new home was one that surprised some – a naked photo of the 30-year-old.
The selfie, taken in a bathroom mirror, shows the fitness entrepreneur's blossoming bump in all its glory – prompting fans to shower the expectant mother-of-two with praise.
“Wow you have to be the most beautiful pregnant mumma,” one wrote.
“Pregnancy looks so good on you, so stunning,” another shared. ️
As one added: “Seeing slide 15 [the nude shot] makes me miss being pregnant, so beautiful.”
Among the other snaps Smith shared included one that showed her staring directly down the barrel of the camera in a white crop top as she cradled her bump.
Another saw Smith drinking from a water bottle that was balanced perfectly on her growing tummy.
“The most wholesome, bliss, long weekend at our new home. So grateful. So happy,” Smith, who owns half of the popular workout brand Kic, captioned the slideshow of images.
There were also a series of images showing her three-year-old son enjoying different activities at home with his parents.
It comes after Smith recently spoke out about being “mum-shamed” for wearing a bikini around her young son while playing in a swimming pool.
The former model turned influencer said that since welcoming Harvey, she has experienced a shift in attitudes towards her – one that became acutely apparent after she shared a video of them enjoying the water together.
In the clip, the mum – who was then 16 weeks pregnant with her second child – could be seen jumping into the water to retrieve Harvey’s goggles which had fallen into the deep end.
But while Harvey wasn’t on camera – he could be heard chatting away to his mother in the background – some viewers weren’t happy with Smith’s “cheeky” bikini.
Some labelling the cossie “inappropriate” and suggested the clip deliberately had sexual connotations.
“When I watched it back, sure, I noticed my bum was a little on show,” she told news.com.au in December.
“But as someone who started out as a lingerie and bikini model, and who has posted her body online for 13 years now, I didn’t really think twice about it nor did I think it would get some of the backlash that it has.
“I ignored the sexualised comments from men, but the comments that made me frustrated were the comments from any gender mentioning that what I was wearing was ‘inappropriate around a child’.
“I accept people have the right to their own opinion, but it doesn’t mean that opinions always need to be shared.”
She said she had wanted to share the “cute” conversation she was having with Harvey, but instead all people could focus on was her swimmers.
