Model turns heads after attending Fashion Awards in sheer dress

Kim Hnizdo, a German Next Top Model star, left fans divided in a daring semi-sheer frock at The Fashion Awards in London.

A model has turned heads after arriving at an event in a sheer dress that made it appear as though she was wearing her underwear on the outside of her gown.

Kim Hnizdo, a German model who won her country’s version of Next Top Model in 2016, was one of the attendees of The Fashion Awards, held in London, overnight.

The 27-year-old wore a nude, sheer frock that featured pink lining on the straps, down the seams and the bust area.

The bright pink tubing made it look as though the model was wearing her bra and a G-string on the outside of the dress, in an incredibly bold statement.

Kim styled the dress with pink jewellery in the form of a necklace and bracelet, finishing the look with classic pointed nude heels to match.

The TV personality’s blonde hair was styled in long, loose waves down her back, and her makeup was understated in a bid to let the dress do the talking.

The sheer gown is from Diesel’s 2024 spring and summer collection, with the design also appearing in different colours as well as a crop top and a skirt and top combination.

Kim teased her fans with a glimpse of the outfit on social media, saying they “weren’t ready for this look” and adding that she herself wasn’t.

The dress received mixed reaction from fans, with some declaring themselves to be huge fans, while others appeared less than impressed.

“I prefer the green version worn by anitta, this nude one isn’t it,” one social media user commented.

Another said: “I f*****g love this omg.”

One simply called the look “hot AF” while another said “her stylist hates her”.

Finally, another commented: “Fashion has gone too far; that dress is obscene.”

Other attendees at the awards included Gillian Anderson, Rita Ora, Lily James, Sam Smith and model Aweng Ade-Chuol.
