She is one of the world’s most influential “it” girls – so it’s no wonder Haily Bieber knows how to dress to impress in her signature minimalist style.

Now, the Rhode beauty mogul has launched a fashion capsule collection with Australian-born brand Wardrobe.NYC – helmed by Vogue Australia’s Christine Centenera and Josh Goot – aimed at “taking the fuss” out of curating a personal wardrobe.

The 11-piece line – which features oversized blazers, wide-legged trousers, a mini-dress and as well as ribbed tanks and sweaters – coincides with Wardrobe.NYC’s five year anniversary.

“I was already such a fan of the brand and have worked with Christine a few times and developed a relationship with her,” Bieber said, of the collaboration.

“Basic essentials are everything in my wardrobe because they are what I’m pairing my looks with 99 per cent of the time.

“I’m never (going to) … not need a great blazer or a great tank.

“Those will be in my essentials forever and that’s what I was aiming to do with each piece.”

Bieber – who often wears Wardrobe.NYC said the inspo for the collection was “timeless essentials that never go out of style” and “those essential pieces that you always reach for no matter what and can be worn in so many different ways”.

Her favourite item from the range? The blazer, of course, which is one of a string of gender-neutral pieces to feature in the collection.

The unisex designs were inspired, in part, by Bieber’s habit of swapping clothes with her husband, singer Justin Bieber.

“I always find myself stealing out of my husband’s closet and he steals out of mine which I love … and I’ve always shopped in the men’s section,” Bieber said.

“I wanted the collection to be as inclusive as possible so that it could be worn by any person.”

Of the collaboration, Centenera told Vogue Australia: “I’ve known Hailey for a few years now after working together on a Vogue Australia shoot”.

“We have become friends over time and she has always supported the brand. We wanted to work together on a fashion-related project so the conversation to collaborate came about as a result of that.”
