Fashion stylist reveals $39 swimmers that ‘flatter’ everyone

Budget retailer Big W has impressed a Sydney fashion stylist with its affordable new swimmers that “sculpt, shape and flatter” your body.

We might be experiencing a wetter than usual summer, but that doesn’t mean we’re hanging up our togs.

And there’s nothing Aussies love more than treating themselves to a new cossie to get us through the summer season – but celebrity stylist Donny Galella says you don’t have to break the bank to snag stylish new swimmers.

While designer bikinis can cost upwards of $300, the Sydney fashion expert has picked out an affordable two-piece from Kmart for the budget-conscious.

Sharing his find on TikTok, Donny shared how budget brand’s “White Palm Panel V-Wire” top and matching bottoms came in at just $24.

The bikini top has thick straps that offer support while the bottoms are high-waisted, which are perfect for anyone who prefers coverage on their tummy.

There’s also a swimsuit in the same tropical print for those who prefer one-pieces which features built-in bust support and costs $22.

Donny also shared a black “miracle swimsuit” from Big W that sculpts and shapes your body.

The “Acapulco One Piece Swimsuit” retails for $39 from the affordable store and features a “hidden tummy panel” that will “help minimise any visible tummy curves”.

“It’s made by Body by Nancy Ganz which is known for its shapewear – but this is their swimsuit that shapes and supports you,” Donny said.

“It makes you feel fabulous when you wear it and in classic black you can’t go wrong.”
