Gen Z icon Emma Chamberlain stunned in a very revealing gown at a recent Vogue World event at Fashion Week.
Emma, 23, is an American social media personality with over 15 million followers on Instagram and 12 million YouTube subscribers.
She’s the fashion “it girl” for young people — their version of Mischa Barton. She’s become the cultural touchstone for all things fashion, Gen Z and trendy, and the face of luxury brand Lancôme.
You know how plaid miniskirts have forced their way back into fashion? Well, you could have Chamberlain to thank for that and she’s just worn her most daring look yet.
Emma rocked up to the event wearing a Rick Owens leather looking tight red dress that only partially covered her breasts.
It created a big red carpet moment for her, and she told Vogue that it was one of her favourite dresses.
“It is risky and it is fun. When it comes to fashion events, I’m excited about being a character in a way,” she said.
Online fans used Gen Z slang to compliment the risqué look.
“Hell, yes!” one cheered.
“She ate,” another remarked.
“Always slaying,” one claimed.
“Mother!” One wrote.
The fashion moment comes after Emma and her musician boyfriend Role Model aka Tucker Pillsbury, 26, broke up in October 2023.
He is an Indie cool boy that has over 500,000 followers on Instagram and wears cowboy hats.
Sadly, the pair didn’t work out.
Emma also hit headlines in December by revealing she doesn’t manage her own money.
In a lengthy interview on the popular podcast The Colin and Samir Show, she said that while it may sound “insane” and “irresponsible”, she doesn’t look at her bank account.
“I have infrastructure in place with lots of checks and balances that allows me to never check my bank account,” she said.
Emma explained that her financial status was a complete mystery to her and she wanted it to remain that way.
“I have no idea how much money I have. I know what I can do, and I know what I can’t do, but I have not looked in years,” she explained.
