For those who aren’t keen on the backless number, but love the print, there are several other style options available for shoppers to enjoy.

Shoppers have said they “adore” a new $45 dress from Big W, released as part of the summer collection.

The dress, from Big W, has been subject to social media attention, with one user, Holly Merrie trying it on.

“This stunner – I would have got this if it fit a bit better,” Holly said to her followers.

“I love that the front is stretchy and the sleeves cup your arms perfectly.”

She added that she loved the neckline as well, with the bright yellow and pink pattern also coming in a simple white.

“It is backless, but in a way that you can still wear a bra and I will always advocate for that because I am a bra girl,” she said.

But she said the back was just a bit too big and she felt like if she wasn’t wearing underwear, her bottom would be exposed.

However, despite this, the verdict was still positive.

“I adore that backless dress,” she added in the comment section.

Social media users praised the dress.

One added: “Some of the patterns on these dresses are so nice. But since when is a dress from big w worth $45. I can go to dotti who are better quality for that.”

However, the original social media poster added that prices were going up everywhere with the rising cost of living.

“That one is available in a couple different dress styles and a skirt too! Possibly a shirt, I can’t remember,” another said.

One social media user said: “I’d get the backless if it wasn’t backless. Last pink one looked lovely on you!”

Another social media user, Ruby Walker, posted a video of herself wearing the dress on Christmas Day.

“Big W really pulled through with this dress,” she captioned the video.
