This year’s spring racing season has officially kicked off with the Sydney Everest Carnival Long Lunch in Sydney.
The Australian Turf Club marked the beginning of the 2023 celebrations with a star-studded event at Royal Randwick Racecourse on Friday.
Kerri-Anne Kennerley, Candice Warner and MAFS star Evelyn Ellis led the celebrity arrivals at the glitzy bash.
KAK wore a strikingly chic white suit to the trackside event, which costs $295 to attend. The television and radio presenter paired her stylish matching set with a silver top that glistened from underneath her blazer.
Kennerley’s look was completed with a large white and silver headpiece comprised of fluffy feathers and metal artwork.
She also rocked a pair of pale pink pointed heels with the outfit.
KAK posed for a series of snaps at the media wall, including one alongside former One Nation politician Mark Latham.
Former ironwoman Candice Warner also opted for white, attending the event in a structured dress adorned with a gold leaf pattern paired with plain pumps.
Warner accessorised with a white headband and netting across her eyes for a stunning race-day look.
Nine News presenter Amber Sherlock also went for a patterned frock, choosing a white shirt dress featuring a colourful print.
Doctor Doctor star Rodger Corser and wife Renae Berry, who have been married since October 2007, were also among the sea of famous faces at the bash.
The pair posed for an adorable photo, with Berry opting for a white midi-length dress while Corser went for a classic suit.
2023 Married At First Sight contestant Evelyn Ellis marked her debut on the racing scene wearing a stunning mellow yellow ensemble.
The reality TV star paired the figure-hugging dress with a matching clutch and gold, strappy heels.
She also opted for a gold head piece she wore across her face while filling the Moet champagne tower and later pushed back through her hair.
Guests enjoyed drinks and canapes at the Winx stand before enjoying a lavish three-course meal on dining tables set overlooking the iconic racetrack.
Funds raised on the day by the Australian Turf Club Foundation are being donated to SpinalCure Australia.
The 2023 Sydney Everest Carnival consists of 10 race days, kicking off on September 16 until it concludes on November 11.
