Conspiracy theorists share the ‘real’ reason Meghan Markle posted that labour video

What was happening in real time has people talking. Did you notice this too?

Meghan Markle posted a video of her dancing in labour this week and the people of the world have sniffed a rat.

Wouldn't be the first time with Prince Harry's lady love - we've seen it time and time again.

While many were torn between calling the video 'cringe' and celebrating the former royal for sharing herself so candidly, the video was also called out for being 'fake'.

Not the dancing part - that was definitely Meghan and Harry. Eagle-eyed followers on social media claim that Meghan's baby bump looked somewhat questionable.

That ain't no baby!

When Kidspot posted the video on Facebook, the clip was swamped with over 6,000 comments from people who had questions.

"Like she's really pregnant in this video, check out her 'baby belly'," one person commented.

And other bump experts and conspiracy theorists on social media agreed. Meghan, who was pregnant with Lilibet at the time, appeared to have a bump that was either "too round", "too high", "too perfect".... or to some... even "too lumpy".

Lol, OK.

"Don’t know what she’s got under that dress but it ain’t no baby," someone else commented.

"That's no baby bulge!" another agreed.

"The birth of Pillowbet," another joked, suggesting that Meghan's bump was in fact a pillow.

Meghan twerks her way through labour

The 80-second clip shows Meghan twerking in the hospital room with Harry to help induce labour.

"Four years ago today, this also happened," she shared, following other tributes to her secondborn on her birthday.

"Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work - there was only one thing left to do!"

As well as calling out the video as potentially fake, royalists took the opportunity to criticise the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for sharing such a private moment in their lives after claiming privacy was the exact reason they decided to part with the royal family.

"They can do what they like but why put it online?" royal expert Ingrid Seward told The Sun.

"Does Meghan have no boundaries? I think it’s vulgar, unnecessary, attention-seeking. They make such a point about privacy and security and then they put stuff out there. Meghan can’t resist putting it out there.

“I think it’s completely hypocritical for everything she stands for. It’s very embarrassing.”

Mums chime in with proof of what a 'real' bump looks like

Then, some came with the "proof" to support the theory that Meghan wasn't pregnant at the time of the video being shot.

"If she is in labour why is her bump so high. Normally the baby ‘drops’ ready for delivery at least a few days before," a proud mum-of-three pointed out.

"It’s just sitting up really high and extremely big… like for twins. And no matter how active you are and how good of shape you are in by the time you get to the hospital you aren’t moving around like you are at the club. That weight is heavy, you can still move, but it takes effort," another added.

Another woman said that when she was 9 months pregnant, she was exhausting all of her energy into nesting at home.

"All the energy I had was to frantically clean the Tupperware drawer and if anyone dare ask I’d possibly scratch their eyes out! Plus my bump was smooth and didn’t move up and down so much. How embarrassing is this woman like seriously."

Another woman backed up the pillow theory insisting: "The baby belly is not suppose to move up and down," and another person said that even the hospital room Harry and Megs are dancing in didn't look right.

"That doesn’t look like the Portland hospital interiors either, just saying!"

What do you think? Do people need to calm down or do they have a point?
