IS there anything better than a lobster roll and glass of Veuve Clicquot champagne? (Hint: The answer is no).
After sellout pop-ups in Sydney and Melbourne, it’s the Gold Coast’s turn to hit up The Lobster Shack, opening this Friday at 20 Queensland Ave at Broadbeach.
The Lobster Shack uses wild caught Clearwater Maine lobster tail, slow cooked in a butter bath and served inside a fresh toasted brioche bun with buttermilk slaw (drool).
They’re served with a side of Parmesan Truffle Fries for $35 or with a glass of Veuve for $50 — if you’re feeling #fancy.
Ben Kagan of the Lobster Shack said they would be setting serving up food and bubbles in the casino district until January 28.
“We want to give our customers the chance to ball on a budget and experience lobster and champagne in a casual setting without blowing hundreds of dollars,” he said.
The shack will be open every day from 12pm to 9pm or until sold out.
