For Christmas Day with a little pizzazz, you can’t beat the Sheraton’s extravagant buffet lunch in the Mirage Grand Ballroom.
Feast on a spread of fresh seafood, succulent meats, a delectable selection of hot and cold dishes and festive desserts to dazzle the senses.
There’ll also be a live band, jazz trio and lucky door prizes to elevate festive spirits. After a tough night on the rooftops, Santa will also be dropping by with a gift for the kids.
Other venues at the Sheraton have booked out for Christmas Day but there is still room at the inn for the Ballroom spectacular.

Royal Pines will be a busy hub of Yuletide cheer come the 25th but there are still seats available at its Christmas themed seafood buffet in the grand ballroom.
The highlight will be seafood accompanied by traditional ham and turkey, a selection of hot dishes, salads and Christmassy desserts.
There’ll be live entertainment and a special Christmas Day Kids’ Zone featuring a petting zoo, jumping castle, face painting, balloon artists and carnival treats.
But it’s all just an entree for the main event, a visit from Santa who’ll come bearing gifts for children 12 years and under.

Novotel’s grand ballroom is opening its doors at midday for a sweeping Christmas Day spread featuring succulent seafood, carvery roasts, hot and cold dishes and seasonal sweet treats for the whole family.
The halls will well and truly be decked — marketing manager Erin Armstrong says there’ll be no holds barred in the Christmas theming department.
The price of $169 per adult includes a three hour beverage package and live festive season entertainment.
“There’ll also be visit from Santa who’ll have a special present for the kids,” Erin says.

There are still places available at Seagulls’ Christmas Day Feast at Lot Two, overlooking the picturesque Terranora broadwater.
Grazing stations will be fully stocked with something for everyone including a selection of roasted and smoked meats, fresh seafood including Moreton Bay bugs, oysters and prawns, designer salads, fruits, cheeses, charcuterie meats and a sensational dessert line-up including Christmas pud, mini pavlovas and panna cotta.
Seagulls’ regular Star Buffet will also be open for Christmas lunch.
QT Bazaar Marketplace

If Christmas feasting in the middle of the day has never quite been your thing, QT’s popular Bazaar Marketplace is offering 5:30pm and 8pm sittings on Christmas evening.
The interactive food stations will be at their festive best, serving up fresh seafood, spit roasted meats, charcuterie specialties, made-to-order dumplings, salads sourced fresh from the rooftop garden, wood fired pizzas and a spread of sweet treats to take your breath away.
The $150 fixed price for adults also includes a two-hour beverage package.
